A pioneer in the raw honey movement, Gordon was dedicated to offering honey just as nature intended — raw, unprocessed, unfiltered, and unpasteurized. For over five decades, his family has continued this cherished tradition, with his daughter Elizabeth and grandson Christopher now tending the hives that produce this naturally exquisite honey.​

Each honeycomb is carved fresh on-site, its amber sweetness flowing straight from the hive. Guests can savor the authentic taste of North Bergen’s local flora, delicate, floral, and rich with depth.
