Produced: Cherry Grove Farm, Lawrenceville, NJ
Buttercup Brie is a buttery, bloomy-rind cheese made from our rich grass-fed cows’ milk. This mild-mannered brie begins to burst with citrus, button mushroom, and creme fraiche flavors and aroma at three to four weeks. As it ages, the paste softens and develops earthy, mushroomy notes and an intense, heady aroma. Summer batches wind up with grassier flavors and a near yellow ochre paste, while fall batches are noted for their higher-fat richness. Each batch is delicately hand ladled. American Cheese Society Blue Ribbon Winner.

Cheddar Grand Reserve
Type: Raw Grass-Fred Cow's Milk
Aged: 5-6 Years
Produced: Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse, Milford, NJ
This exceptional cheddar is made in collaboration with Bobolink's Amish friends in Lancaster, PA. Made during the grazing season of 2019, from the 100% grass-fed raw milk of our colleague's cows, the cheddar is features native cultures and minimal salt.
The result? A pronounced, distinctive, clean, pleasing, flavorful cheese that appeals to the cheese lover who enjoys a bit of a bite back. Lovely crystallization has developed.

Senora
Type: Raw Jersey Cow and Sheep Milk
Aged: 3 Months
Produced: By Valley Shepard Creamery, Long Valley, NJ
Senora cheese is born from a blend of pure, raw Jersey cow’s milk and a touch of sheep’s milk, creating a foundation that’s rich, creamy, and full of character.
To give it a playful edge, mix in a hot pepper blend during the curdling stage — just enough to bring a gentle, lingering heat that awakens the palate.
The curd is then carefully shaped into 10–12 lb rounds and aged for three months, allowing the flavors to mellow and intertwine.
The result is a beautifully balanced cheese with a smooth, velvety texture and a subtle warmth that lingers. Best enjoyed young, Senora captures that perfect harmony between creamy indulgence and a hint of spice, a true celebration of flavor and craftsmanship.

Murray's Young Mancheg0

One of Spain’s most celebrated cheeses, Manchego holds a revered place in the country’s culinary heritage and is now a favorite in the United States. Protected by D.O. (Denominacion de Origen) status, this classic cheese is crafted from the rich, pasteurized milk of Manchega sheep raised in the sun-soaked La Mancha region. This younger version, aged for four to six months, offers a milder, approachable flavor — milky, grassy, and creamy, with a gentle tang that lingers on the finish. Murray’s Young Manchego embodies thousands of years of tradition in its nutty, granular paste, distinguished by a chewy texture and a delicate network of tiny openings. Its signature notes of buttered toast and smooth, balanced character set it apart from more mature varieties, making it an inviting introduction to Spain’s time-honored cheesemaking craft.

Born and raised in the Netherlands, the founder of Honey & Grape knows that no cheese selection is complete without a nod to their roots. A classic pairing of milk and honey shines in Murray’s Honey Goat Gouda, a delightful goat’s milk cheese that captures the perfect balance of savory and sweet. During the cheesemaking process, this Gouda-style wheel is infused and washed with fresh honey, resulting in a subtly sweet, creamy bite layered with notes of roasted cashew and a hint of caramel.

Mortadella is a traditional Italian delicacy made from 100% Italian pork, using select cuts — lean shoulder and rich throat fat — for a perfect balance of flavor and texture. Slow-cooked in brick ovens for up to 36 hours, it develops a delicate, silky texture and subtle smoky undertones that set it apart.
With a mild pork flavor, creamy richness from visible pearly white fat, and a refined blend of spices like black pepper, garlic, and myrtle berries, Borgo Mortadella offers a uniquely smooth, savory experience.
